Evan and the other lady that was there in the morning went above and beyond! I had accidentally booked a room for the wrong night, and Evan went to great links to accommodate us. Then, I ended up leaving my purse and the lady at the front desk the next morning, actually went up to my room to look. She was very concerned and it’s rare to find someone who actually cares about other people. Excellent service.

The breakfast in the morning was one of the best continental breakfasts I have ever had! Our room was so spacious! Also, huge plus, we didn’t have to walk miles through a casino to get to our room! And the pool was nice too with great pool hours, I felt like I could swim whenever I wanted! Oh AND the happy hour bar offering us 2 free drinks each night just started off every evening with such joy!

The bathroom was nice, just enough pressure in the shower. Couch was comfortable and easily fit all three of us if we watched a movie during downtime. The pool was nice and clean and refreshing. Best part: that made-to-order breakfast and breakfast buffet. I love that you guys serve Starbucks coffee too, nice and strong! Not too far from the strip but far enough to not hear all the noise.

The lighting in the lobby isn't very bright like other hotels, so that gives it a cozy vibe. It's the same in the room, the lights are warm. I stayed in a king suite with a sofa bed and that was surprisingly comfortable. There are no slot machines, which was fine for my family, we didn't notice until we checked out. The included breakfast had variety and was pretty good.

Nice room clean. Nice staff. Good value for the price. Happy hours between 5:30 and 7:30. Location is good, not too far from the center. Very near a 24/24 CVS pharmacy (4 minutes by foot). Swimming pool is nice. Dog accepted.
